10 Easy Steps to Home Buying:

1. Home Selection
Your Sales Associate will help you decide on the home style that suits you best. You can then tour the site to choose your ideal location considering grades, views and orientation. You can reserve your home by placing a non-binding reservation and making a $1,000 fully refundable deposit.

2. Purchase & Sale Agreement
You then have 14 days to review the condominium documents and the purchase and sale agreement. It’s usually a good idea to have an attorney review these documents on your behalf. When you’re ready, we execute the purchase and sale agreement and start moving toward a closing date!

3. Home Customization
The next step is to choose the features and finishes you would like us to build into your home. Customize everything from kitchens to bathrooms, flooring, or even add a finished basement where available. We have a Design Center on site where you can see, touch and feel the various options and designer upgrades. Your Sales Associate will walk you through each step of the process.

4. Rough Inspection & Electrical Walkthrough
Prior to dry walling, our construction team will walk you through your home to verify your selections and help you select where you would like electrical outlets, light fixtures, switches and phone and data jacks. You will also receive an update on the delivery of your home.

5. Closing Date
The Sales Associate will contact you to schedule a Personal Home Inspection.

6. Quality Assurance Inspection
Prior to closing, we complete a rigorous quality assurance inspection of your home. We examine every facet of construction assuring that your home is ready for your inspection.

7. Personal Home Inspection
Tour your new home with our construction team and your Sales Associate. Learn the features of your home and be sure everything is to your liking. We will quickly resolve any minor cosmetic problems spotted during your orientation.

8. Pre-Closing Walk Through & Closing
Walk through your home to be assured that any minor cosmetic problems have been resolved. Then, attend your closing and receive keys to your new lifestyle!

9. 60 Day Inspection
We will follow up with you approximately 60 days after you move in to identify any concerns that may have come up during your first two months as an Aria resident.

10. One Year Inspection
Approximately 11 months after closing, a Customer Service team will meet with you to make sure everything is fine before your first anniversary in your new home.
